Confirmation, Pricing and Availability: BBB Automotive makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped the same day when received before 2pm. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Return Policy: If you wish to return your online purchase: Electrical parts may be returned for exchange for the same part.Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department through the use of our Return Request Form, within 10 business days of delivery of the order. Returns received by our warehouse without a return authorization number will be refused. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Please Note: Freight charges for all authorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A re-stocking fee may also be assessed.
