We guarantee that every online
purchase you make will be 100% safe. This means you
pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to
your card as a result of shopping at our online

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank
cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of
fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, we (BBB Automotive)
will cover the entire liability for you, up to the
full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if
the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted
through no fault of your own from purchases made
while using the secure server. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must
notify your credit card provider in accordance with
its reporting rules and procedures.

BBB Automotive does not provide any third
party with any individually identifiable
information other than that which is necessary to
complete your order. Specifically, We give your
name, shipping address, phone number, and order
information to our shipping carrier. We also supply
your name, billing address, and credit card
information to the credit card processor who bills
your account. BBB Automotive has strict guidelines
requiring all third parties to keep any shared

Confirmation, Pricing and
Availability: BBB
Automotive makes every effort to get your order to
you as soon as possible. In-stock items are
generally shipped the same day when received before
2pm. If there is a problem with your order you will
receive an email stating more details within one
business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take
longer, depending on your location. Special and
Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask
our Customer Service Representatives for shipping
details when you place your order.
Return Policy: If
you wish to return your online purchase: Electrical
parts may be returned for exchange for the same
part.Requests for returns must be made to our
Customer Service Department through the use of our
Return Request Form, within 10 business days of
delivery of the order. Returns received by our
warehouse without a return authorization number
will be refused. We will only accept merchandise in
its original packaging and condition. Please Note:
Freight charges for all authorized returns will be
the responsibility of the customer. A re-stocking
fee may also be assessed. If a package is delivered
in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received
less than the number of packages stated on the
delivery log, inform the driver to make note of
such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you
may lose your right to make claim with the delivery
company. Claims for product shortages in packing
must be made within 10 days of receipt of
merchandise Claims for defective merchandise must
be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Close out Merchandise is Non-Returnable Use the
return label you get with our packing slip and send
the merchandise back to us using traceable mail.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly
exchange your defective part the same day if
possible.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original
sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required
for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When
no proof of purchase is available, we refund the
most recent price charged for items returned to
us.
Product Warranties: Limited 30-Day Warranty All items are
warranted for (30) thirty days from date of
shipment. All items are genuine, authentic and of
consistent high quality and value. Our warranty
provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only
and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear
and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and
theft. Our warranty is valid only at BBB
Automotive. Improper repair or warranty service
performed by someone other than BBB Automotive will
void this warranty. BBB Automotive DISCLAIMS ANY
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS
ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above
