• 1.1 Tcf Bank refused to reverse the purchase.Even though it was fraudulent..
• 2. Their Software contains hidden to links to sites they have a interest in
• 3. Customer service doesn't exist. Ive been waiting for months for a RESPONSE
• 3.1 Even paid someone else to figure the shopping cart out to no avail.
• 4. They are based outside the usa to avoid being sued
• 5. They will tell you anything to get you to purchase their shopping cart program
• 6. 30 day money back guarantee is a lie.....
• 7. You become a unwilling participant in linking to other sites without your knowledge

• 9. I dont know how to install the cart. And they wont help. They have taken my money and ran.

Well As of this date the web genie shopping cart still isnt working and no response.
And have been told they will keep my money.
